Will you rewrite everything from scratch?
By default, no. We wrap current behavior in tests and refactor incrementally, which is cheaper and less risky. If the audit shows a rebuild is genuinely cheaper, we say so explicitly and quote a fixed-price rebuild instead. You get the honest math either way.
Can we keep shipping features during the cleanup?
Yes, that is a design constraint of how we work. Stabilization and refactoring happen module by module behind tests, while your feature roadmap keeps moving.
