The brief
Meeting and application audio often sits behind capture models designed around the whole display. The product needs a focused audio path, clear permissions, stable device behavior, and output suitable for downstream transcription.
Engineering work
- 01
Research macOS audio-capture capabilities and permission boundaries.
- 02
Isolate and normalize the stream before transcription.
- 03
Design the recorder around recoverable sessions and explicit user control.
Outcome
Active research. The capture path is being validated before transcription and product workflows are finalized.
